Which sign-in page do I use?
Students and parents use the Students & Parents page. Teachers and office staff use the Teacher & Staff page. Administrators use the Administrator page. Everyone signs in with their email and password.
Where do I get my password the first time?
When your enrollment is complete, the school emails each parent their sign-in email and a temporary password. Sign in, then choose your own password from "Change password" at the top of the portal.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password?" and enter your sign-in email. We'll email you a link (valid for 1 hour) to choose a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in a few minutes.
The reset link says it expired.
Links work once and for 1 hour. Request a new one from the Forgot password page.
Does my child need their own account?
Young children don't need one — everything is visible in the parent portal. Older students may be given their own sign-in by the school.
Which computer or browser should we use?
A computer or laptop with an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Live classes need a webcam and microphone.
