Legacy Arrows Academy works best on a Windows 10/11 laptop or desktop, which we recommend for full compatibility with our learning tools. Mac (macOS) is supported in most cases. Chromebooks are not recommended — some grade levels may work with limitations. If you are not sure what you have at home, contact us and we will help you confirm compatibility.
Minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload for one student. We recommend 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload for households with multiple users and devices. A wired ethernet connection, or strong Wi-Fi near the router, gives the best experience. Run a speed test before the first day of class — if your upload speed is low, live video may freeze or drop.
Students use Microsoft 365 Education for school communication, learning materials and collaboration. That gives every student one secure school login, Microsoft Teams for live classes, a student email and calendar, OneDrive cloud storage, and familiar apps like Word, Excel and PowerPoint that build real-world skills.
Teachers provide support during class, and through feedback and guidance outside of class when needed. Our goal is to help students build confidence and keep moving forward.
Students follow a structured day that includes live instruction, guided practice, breaks and independent work time. Specific schedules vary by grade level, and each day opens with a short devotional.
Student work is tracked through our Learning Management System. Each student has their own login, and families can follow coursework completion, grades and teacher feedback. We keep things transparent so parents always know how students are doing.
